Our team of test design and subject matter experts can assist you in developing technical tests to measure the knowledge and skills of potential candidates for hire.

Our Process

  1. Job Requirements - analyze the job requirements to develop guidelines for the test development.

  2. Testing Options – recommend testing options/solutions such as multiple choice, short answer, essay, case study, etc.

  3. Test Development – write test questions for client review and approval. An answer key and/or grading guideline will be provided.

  4. Test the Test – the test will be administered to a “test” group to identify problems with the questions and to analyze the performance of the group.

  5. Completion – the test content is finalized and formatted to the client’s internal requirements.  The test can also be converted for online administation.
